Winner of IMPACT X DESIGN
In March 2020, during our inaugural competition in collaboration with Caesarstone US, we joined forces with renowned designer Karim Rashid to introduce IMPACTxDESIGN. Our goal was to demonstrate how innovative design can transform public spaces and empower the community of New York City.
In our project "Turn Out," we employed a creative approach to utilize negative space. By orienting Caesarstone slabs horizontally and sculpting abstract shapes, we crafted a dynamic arrangement that seamlessly transitions into a series of interconnected benches and tables. This design offers a versatile range of meeting spaces, from semi-open areas to long linear seating arrangements and playful zigzag layouts.
